Important information about made-to-order products, complaints, and individual review of requests
1. Nature of the Products
Most products offered through Kove Jewelry are made-to-order or finalized according to the customer’s selected configuration. Depending on the product, this may include the choice of gold color, stone type, size, or other individual details.
2. Withdrawal from the Contract
Because many products are manufactured or completed according to the customer’s specifications, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases provided by applicable law. This applies in particular to goods made to order or clearly adapted to the customer’s personal requirements.
3. Complaints and Defects
This limitation does not affect your rights in the event of defective goods. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or another defect covered by applicable law, you have the right to file a complaint. Each complaint will be assessed individually in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
4. Custom Orders, Cancellation, and Deposit
Custom and individually produced jewelry may require a deposit before production begins. In standard cases, the deposit is 20% of the total price. If an order is cancelled before production starts, the request may be reviewed individually. If the order is cancelled after production has started, the deposit may be non-refundable or only partially refundable depending on the work already completed and the materials already used.
5. Individual Review
