Nature of the Products Products offered through our website are primarily made-to-order or finalized according to the customer’s selected configuration. This may include, depending on the product, the choice of gold color, stone type, size, or other selected details. 3. Ordering Process By placing an order, the customer submits a request for a product in the selected configuration. The order is confirmed after our acceptance and further communication regarding production and payment. In the case of custom or individually adjusted jewelry, production begins only after the agreed conditions and required payment have been fulfilled. 4. Pricing and Currency Prices may be displayed in EUR or CZK depending on the selected currency and website settings. All displayed prices are subject to the applicable rules regarding taxes and invoicing. The final payment details are confirmed in the relevant payment communication or invoice. 5. Deposit and Final Payment For made-to-order or custom jewelry, a deposit may be required before production begins. In standard cases, the deposit is 20% of the total price. Production begins only after the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is payable before shipment or delivery. Exact payment instructions, deadlines, currency, and reference details are always specified in the issued proforma invoice, invoice, or payment request. 6. Production and Delivery Production time depends on the specific product, configuration, and complexity of the order. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated timing may be communicated individually during the order process. 7. Complaints and Defects If a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect or another defect covered by applicable law, the customer has the right to file a complaint. Each case will be assessed individually in accordance with applicable legal requirements. 8. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Returns As many products are made according to the customer’s configuration or personal requirements, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided by law. Detailed information regarding complaints, cancellation, and returns is set out in the Returns page. 9. Custom Orders Custom jewelry is produced individually. If a custom order is cancelled before production begins, the request may be assessed individually. If the order is cancelled after production has started, the deposit may be non-refundable or only partially refundable depending on the work already performed and materials already used. 10. Product Weight Disclaimer Gold weight shown on the website is approximate. Final weight may vary slightly depending on the selected gold purity, model dimensions, ring size (where applicable), stone configuration, and production tolerance. 11.
